Chair Reimbursement Committee

The goal of the Reimbursement Committee is to become the leading resource in the state regarding Emergency Medicine reimbursement issues by:

1. Advocate for fair compensation for all Emergency Physicians
2. Monitor Activities of 3rd party payers in cooperation with such groups as MMS, other state chapters and national ACEP.
3. Maintain and enhance MACEP's proactive approach to contracting and appropriate EP professional fees.
4. Develop reimbursement oriented educational materials
